Existeixen dos tipus, en funci\u00f3 de la manera de connexi\u00f3 que anem a utilitzar:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monof\u00e0sic (1 o 2 borns) amb fusibles interns, per a la seva connexi\u00f3 a xarxa mitjan\u00e7ant un doble estel. Recomanat per a xarxes de tensi\u00f3 superiors a 11 kV o necessitat d&#8217;equips de pot\u00e8ncia elevada.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trif\u00e0sic (3 borns) amb fusibles interns, per a la seva connexi\u00f3 directa a xarxa trif\u00e0sica. Aquests grups estan associats en s\u00e8rie-paral\u00b7lel, aix\u00ed s&#8217;aconsegueix el condensador final amb una determinada pot\u00e8ncia i funcionament per a tensions de xarxa trif\u00e0sica elevada.<\/p>\n<p>La tensi\u00f3 nominal del condensador determina el nombre d&#8217;elements en s\u00e8rie i la pot\u00e8ncia nominal del condensador influeix en el nombre d&#8217;elements en paral\u00b7lel.<\/p>\n<p>Els elements capacitius comentats es fabriquen mitjan\u00e7ant tecnologia \u201cTot-film\u201d, amb una pel\u00b7l\u00edcula de polipropil\u00e8 rug\u00f3s de baixes p\u00e8rdues i film d&#8217;alumini est\u00e8s. Amb aquesta tecnologia, que substitueix a l&#8217;anterior de \u201cpaper-film\u201d, es redueixen les p\u00e8rdues considerablement a l&#8217;interior del conjunt del condensador estant en valors d&#8217;ordre de 0.15 W\/Kvar i a m\u00e9s, en cas de curtcircuit intern, s&#8217;elimina el risc d&#8217;explosi\u00f3 del contenidor, ja que el paper produeix m\u00e9s gasos i major augment de pressi\u00f3 interna.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column_inner fusion-builder-nested-column-1 fusion_builder_column_inner_1_2 1_2 fusion-one-half fusion-column-last justificado\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;width:50%;width:calc(50% - ( ( 4% ) * 0.5 ) );\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><p>En ser film de polipropil\u00e8 rug\u00f3s, la impregnaci\u00f3 dels condensadors \u00e9s m\u00e9s r\u00e0pida, ja que es millora la penetraci\u00f3 del l\u00edquid entre les capes de polipropil\u00e8, entre aquest i els el\u00e8ctrodes d&#8217;alumini.<\/p>\n<p>La l\u00e0mina d&#8217;alumini est\u00e0 tallada amb l\u00e0ser, amb la finalitat de suavitzar les vores i disminuir el camp el\u00e8ctric en aquestes zones. En eliminar les puntes microsc\u00f2piques existents en la vora de l&#8217;alumini tallat amb t\u00e8cniques tradicionals s&#8217;aconsegueix incrementar la tensi\u00f3 llindar de l&#8217;efecte corona, responsable d&#8217;anomalies en els condensadors, i es confereix al producte una millor toler\u00e0ncia a les sobretensions.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><\/div><div Norma CEI60871-1 de l&#8217;any 1997, els condensadors per AT de Lifasa suporten:<\/p>\n<p>10% de sobretensi\u00f3 (1,10 x Un) sobre la tensi\u00f3 nominal en perman\u00e8ncia 12 hores de cada 24 hores.<br \/>\n30% de sobrec\u00e0rrega en corrent(1,3 x In) sobre el corrent nominal en funcionament continuat.<\/p>\n<p>El l\u00edquid impregnant utilitzat \u00e9s el SAS-40I \/ M\/DBT (JARYLEC C101), oli biodegradable no clorat (sense PCB\u2019s), que posseeix una gran resist\u00e8ncia a les desc\u00e0rregues parcials i unes excel\u00b7lents condicions de treball com a diel\u00e8ctric, a m\u00e9s de no presentar cap tipus de risc de cara al medi ambient en el possible cas de fallades.<\/p>\n<p>Els condensadors estan equipats amb resist\u00e8ncies internes de desc\u00e0rrega amb la finalitat de reduir la tensi\u00f3, despr\u00e9s de la seva posada fora de servei des d&#8217;una tensi\u00f3 de bec inicial d&#8217;1.414 vegades la nominal a una residual de 75 V 10 minuts segons norma CEI60871, o 50 V en 5 minuts segons RAT.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column_inner curtcircuit o sobrec\u00e0rrega, aix\u00ed a\u00efllem el defecte permetent la continu\u00eftat de servei en la resta d&#8217;elements.<\/p>\n<p>Tot aix\u00f2 ha estat fruit de la utilitzaci\u00f3 de les tecnologies m\u00e9s avan\u00e7ades en aquest camp aix\u00ed com de la realitzaci\u00f3 dels m\u00e9s rigorosos assajos de laboratori i de R+D.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;\u00e0mplia gamma de pot\u00e8ncies de les quals disposem, a m\u00e9s dels equips que es poden fabricar a mesura de les necessitats del propi client va des dels 25 kvar als 600 kvar unitaris per condensador, tots ells amb fusibles interns i per a una \u00e0mplia gamma de tensions nominals.<\/p>\n<p>La toler\u00e0ncia sempre estar\u00e0 entre -5%\/+10% segons la Norma CEI 60871-1.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div
